Tesco triangle roll

I went to buy burgen today and while I was drooling over the french sticks and such I spotted them . Now they are hefty on carbs but it was fab and guess what, my BS before was 5.7 had the roll with pate, a lump of stilton and some celery sticks. Next test 5.6. Was a good day for me.
