I’ve been having a nosey round the non diabetic christmas fair menue part of the Tesco site. (Just a quick spin.)
There was actually some pretty low carb fish (salmon.) option? (I mean high protein seriously nominal on the carb.)

Found it. https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/salmon-with-toasted-seeds-and-prosecco-sauce.html
Haven’t yet looked but generally most meat and fish dishes that aren’t covered in too much in the way of sweet sauces or breadcrumb type coatings are a good option to investigate further.

Peanut butter and raspberry porridge would send my sugar levels spinning.
With 5m diabetics in the UK that's great consumer potential. M & S own brand diabetes food might soon be on the shelves.

I doubt it as they are not allowed to market something as diabetic food.
In my early days i purchased 'diabetic jam,'. Yuk, just yuk, especially when you can make a very nice (and healthy, and low carb) raspberry 'jam' by lightly crushing fresh raspberries.
