Thai style chicken...soup in a mug..
0.6 sugars
9.7g carbs

Is that classed as a lot of carbs considering hardly any sugar.

personally i only look at total carbs and see if it fits in with what i want
 
I might consider it on a cold and dreary morning - but I would most likely not be eating again until late at night, so it would have to be good.
For what it is, I think it is a lot of carbs - the amount of sugar doesn't really matter, as soon as you have drunk it there are almost 10 gm of carbs stampeding to enter the blood stream.
