Hi. I definitely recommend the AccuChek Insight. No needle visible, prefilled cartridges so no,messing around filling reservoirs and very neat and small. A colleague has the Medtronic and she has to fill a reservoir and the pump is much bigger so not so easy to ‘carry’. She said she wants the Insight when she neeeds to change having seen mine. But whichever you chose, it will be life changing in the best possible way.
