Taking baby steps

Dealing with the latest development with my eyes and a hopefully temporary worsening of my CFS together with an absolute desperate longing to have one week in my life without medication or the symptoms of diabetes, gastroparesis etc (which will never be possible) has led to me taking a more positive approach towards making a one hour appointment with a well being counsellor on October 1st Wish me luck please.
