For the past month, I have been having problems obtaining needles from my pharmacist
he is obtaining the requests from my surgery but is not issuing, his reasons are that they
are held up at the docks when pressed for them he provides a box of a different make that works fine, he must have requests for 4 boxes for me.

Are you referring to syringes or pen needles?
I think I read someone else having problems with certain size pen needles.
They checked on the manufacturers website and found out they were out of stock there.

I have not read about anyone having problems getting syringes. But that may be because few people use them for insulin today.

How frustrating for you @G09042 :(

Perhaps you could ask for a change to your prescription to the other sort that are in stock?

That must be very irritating @G09042
I hope that you get things sorted.

Hi. I think it's your pharmacy that's the problem. I had my script for needles (GlucoRX 4mm) fulfilled this week with no problem. 4mm is now the most popular so if yours is not 4mm it might be worth changing to that size?
