Sorry to hear about the problems you’ve been having @Paulheb - must be very worrying for you :( And it does sound like you should not be driving until you have spoken to someone and been checked over. Driving licenses for all drivers are dependent on sufficient focus / visual acuity and visual field:


Hope you can get some answers at your appointment, or perhaps book an e-consult sooner than that if you don't want to avoid driving for a month?
