have started swimming daily in an effort to get my bs down and because i like it. i did 28 lengths yesterday which im well chuffed with. i love my swimming the lengths done really make me feel good. i have taken as part of my personal budget from social services taken out membership of the UEA Sportspark and im going to get my moneys worth
 
Good for you Gail. It's a wonderful form of exercise, one of the best in fact.
 
Great to hear gail 🙂 I haven't been swimming for about 20 years so I would probably be calling out for help after the first length (or width! 😱) Swimming really is an excellent form of exercise, but there is no pool convenient to where I live.
 
Pleased to hear things are improving gail, keep up the good work.
 
Always behind you gail. Swiming is such good exercise for the mind annd the body. Go gail gail :D
