Sweet potato chips.

Thought some of you might be interested in a recipe for chips, yes really, chips!!🙂
I wash some sweet potatoes, do not peel and then cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over them. Sprinkle some dried rosemary on top and then bake in a medium oven. Mine is fan assisted and they take about 15-20 minutes. Have tried with other flavours, garlic, paprika and chilli and they taste good.
Obviously you will need to test the effects and eat them as part of a balanced meal.
