Most things that I find on the Internet happen by chance, this is one such time.
I was looking at at comparison of various sugars.

Searching further I came across Susta, seems it's only available in the states, but from the nutritional information it's definitely interesting!

I notice that one of the ingredients is Inulin the ground root of the chicory plant (I had enquired previously about the possible use as a part sugar substitute in baking)
