I love this stuff if I could I would live on it. Anyone else like it and is it good or bad for you. Would love to have a go at making it my self anyone got any ideas

Well, I'd have thought that the fish content of sushi would be excellent.

I understand that some sushi is packed in rice, so I guess that'd be a bit of a no-no.

Seaweed parcels, though? I'd have thought that'd be pretty good too.

We've had 'sushi parties' where we roll our own with my sister in law. Great fun and VERY filling. Carb count-estimating for the rice is a bit hit and miss, but most of the other stuff seemed to count for almost nothing.

Me too, love the stuff. M&S do one with brown rice which is really nice, but the white rice ones seem OK too, numbers wise. Perhaps it's the vinegar they use to make the rice sticky, or maybe it's the pickled ginger and Wasabi. I have had a go at making my own... Disaster! But they tasted good.

Adding vinegar to any meal does lessen the spike - so its good for you.🙂Bev
