I had a faulty sensor, phoned Abbott who greed to replace it.
Two days later the replacement arrived as expected.
The next day three more arrived, each in their separate box and each asking for the faulty sensor to be sent back in the prepaid envelope. That had already gone. I phoned and explained what happened and asked what they wanted me to do. I was told to keep the extras as a good Will gesture!!
