I had a faulty sensor, phoned Abbott who greed to replace it.
Two days later the replacement arrived as expected.

The next day three more arrived, each in their separate box and each asking for the faulty sensor to be sent back in the prepaid envelope. That had already gone. I phoned and explained what happened and asked what they wanted me to do. I was told to keep the extras as a good Will gesture!!
 
Excellent! 🙂 I posted back a faulty sensor that I've had on a table since early May - didn't feel it worth the risk at the time to go out to the post box 😱 I posted it the other day 🙂 They only sent me one replacement though, when can I expect the other three? 😱 :D

I had a faulty one a couple of weeks ago. They sent me 2 replacements in separate boxes. I didn't ring them though, i just hoped they didn't ask for it back!
 
Wow! I wonder how on earth that happened!

Perhaps whoever was handling the call had some sort of error message, and just kept clicking the big red ‘REPLACE’ button to be sure? :D

Or maybe the fact that they are working from home, lots of people having internet issues i hear as more using it, streaming etc
