If you’re ok with setting an alarm to wake up, you could try eating a small snack before the time you‘re prone to hypos @seawaves I did that throughout my pregnancy because even with my pump things change so quickly that I wanted to be sure all was ok. I used to set my alarm for around 2am, test and eat if necessary (or do a tiny correction if high, but that was far, far less common).
You could try the bedtime snack first as that’s easiest, but if it doesn’t work, then I’d try a ‘hypo hour’ alarm and snack.
