That reminds me, must get round to making some scotch eggs. Can't beat a freshly cooked scotch egg.🙂
I haven't tried that yet. I have used grated parmesan to coat them which works very well.Do you coat them in crushed pork crackling Mark. I always think that sounds disgracefully yummy!![]()
