I don't know why but recently I've been scoffing on these sugar free sweets and especially those that give you the laxative effectives like Guylian no added sugar chocolate and Fruitella wine gums. I chocolate moves the BG levels up and down. No idea what the fruit gums are doing.
Would I just be better off cutting them out completely from my diet?
