When I was on holiday in Crete, I picked up a packet of sugar free Baklava. I had one, but didn't test, so no idea what effect they have on my BG yet. I'm just wondering what they mean by sugar free. They appear to be smothered in honey & no mention of polyols on the packet, though it is all in Greek.🙄

Well if smothered in honey I'm assuming they meant refined sugar free lol as long as it was good haha x

I agree with Kaylz: they probably mean that it's just the honey they use rather than sugar syrup.

What does the nutritional information say?

Carbs 65g (of which sugars 23g) per 100g.
