Mike I spoke to my GP today & they thought it was nothing to worry about amd could be sulphites and to try something different to wine. She said it would be nothing medical to worry about. I’m now intrigued as to what your thoughts might be?
Im with your GP. Try vodka and tonic. If that makes you ill, it’s certainly the alcohol that’s doing it. If it is, then it depends on how you view it. As I said, some rare illnesses can cause sudden alcohol intolerance, but they are rare. If you stay “dry” for 6 months, it may well mend itself. That’s the plan I would take, at any rate.
I don’t mind a gin and tonic so will try and one of those. Also I know some wine, if organic, can be sulphite free.
Thanks very much. Have a good weekend
