so I’m experiencing some majority erratic blood sugars at the moment and I can only put it down to stress... I’m going through a lot with my eldest (I’m in the process of trying to get him transferred to a new school but second guessing myself and panicking about the whole thing etc)....
anyway, the reason for this post. Is there anything I can do to help control my levels better. The anxiety etc is unlikely to go anywhere until I have this limbo situation etc resolved and he’s settled in the new school if we get a place and he doesn’t decide he’s going to hate me forever
