Is there anything that you never let youself run out of?

I'll start you off with Fry-Light, Season-All and granulated sweetener (among a very long list).

Olive oil, my herbs and spices and a tin of toms. That's just a few, my list is endless too.

skimmed milk, mullerlight yoghurts and fruit to tackle the munchies (do they count even though they're not in the cupboard?)

Olive oil, tinned tomatoes, dried herbs, spices (although they are kept in the freezer), wheat and rye bread rolls (in freezer).

Salt, pepper, basil, oregano, chilli powder, soy sauce and tinned chopped tomatoes.

oh! and Worcestershire sauce!

and due to events recently, cauli 😉

Amongst other things; garlic granules, Herbes de Provence (not those absurd little 1 ounce jars from supermarkets, which never cost less than ?1 and more usually cost nearer ?1.50; I can get 4 ounces for just 80p from Brixton Wholefoods) and soy sauce (I usually buy Kikkoman's, as it's a high-quality, traditionally-brewed variety which, unlike cheaper versions, isn't adulterated with caramel or MSG; I buy a 1 litre bottle from a Chinese supermarket for just ?5.95, which works out a lot cheaper than those table dispensers, and I can refill a table dispenser from the big bottle, so I get convenience as well as economy).

Frigin hypo stuff:(

But apart from that
Tin toms, dried herbs, olive oil
