Have been clever today and built a bit of a database that lists everything on my shopping list and the associated carbs sugars fats and calories.

In doing so I noticed how low two of my meals are in relation to carbs.
Steak Flat mushroom and egg
Salmon slices scrambled egg and spinach.

I have an issue when low carbing that I feel starving so would you add something to this meals or does it really mean I can have 2 steaks for example.
I might be working out why so hungry! If I can work that out I may find a way to stick to this low carb regime.

Your steak should be ok. Add a bit of butter to your mushrooms when you fry them.

Your fat content in the scrambled egg will be ok. To add a bit more good fat you can toss the spinach in a but of butter. You don't need much.

Well you could have bigger portions I suppose but - you don't really want to have too MUCH more protein - cos you can have too much and like overeating any category of food - it then ain't good for you. If you feel you need to 'fill up' more then have more 'free' (Ie low carb) veggies/salad - and!! - drink a glass of water during the course of your meal. Just a mouthful at a time like you'd drink a glass of wine with a meal - only a bigger glass than a standard wine goblet.

I have steak with huge salad and oven baked mushrooms with garlic olive oil and Parmesan. To some other meals I have a slice of Bergen bread with it or a lidl protein roll, as sometimes I do need carbs to feel full
