So me and my boyfriend have split up this afternoon, i am so so upset.
Blood sugars are all over the place.

Try to remember this, because it's true! - as one door closes - another one opens! and usually ya jnow - just after you've had your darkest hour .......

So very sorry to see this Hun I know the difficult time you went through wrestling weather to tell him or not , I know it's a hard time for you at the minute but just remember this he was not the one and you are worth more Hun,how are you feeling now ? Xxx
 
Emotions will be all over the place and it will affect your overall well being, especially the head department!
Book in to see your doctor/nurse and discuss what's happened, I have been there and they were really help full.
You may not be able to change what's happened but with some assistance you will enjoy your tomorrow 🙂
