Hi, Does anyone use Splenda in baking? I want to make flapjacks, amd the recipe uses Splenda to sweeten it.
 
I doubt if replacing the sugar withb a sweetener will make much difference to the carb content, the oats will be the largest contributor. Difficult to make flapjacks without oats! Hopefully no syrup in the recipe?
