Escape football this weekend as it is the Spanish GP. Personally I would love to see the Spanish drivers, Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz, on the podium. I particularly feel for Carlos as Ferrari have dropped him for Lewis Hamilton who these days is no better apart from bringing in advertising. Maybe Mercedes will give him a drive?

With the designer Adrian Newry leaving Red Bull after Horner's alleged shenanigans the question is where will he go to. Apparently billionaire Lance Stroll baulked at (again alleged) £30 million per annum! I think he would be better off retiring his son and brining in Carlos Sainz who would bring in far more points.

And next weekend the Tour de France starts with the Cimbledon Whimpleships starting in the Monday,
