Has anyone tried soybean spaghetti? I'd never seen/heard of it before but it came up as an option when doing my shopping online. Carb content is relatively low...

I have & love it.🙂 Used it to make carbonara & spag bol. They had it an Aldi but didn't see any on my last visit. Apparently in the US, you can now get soyabean lasagne sheets. Not available here yet.:(

Thanks Mark. Its available in Asda apparently (where i get my shopping delivered from!)
I'm guessing these are a 'healthy' option?
The lasagne sheets sound good too 🙂

I had some black edamame spaghetti the other day. It’s thinner than normal spaghetti so cooks quicker. A useful vehicle for a sauce with a lot less carb and the added advantage of counting as one portion of veg. Not quite as absorbent as other pasta substitutes though.

They are very much like noodles, so could work well in a stir fry or a chow mein.🙂
