Type 1
For Christmas my son got me a soup maker I have been making all different soups but one that is very tasty is ROASTED VEG WITH RED PESTO
ANY VEG ROASTED
1 VEG STOCK POT PUT IN LITRE HOT WATER
HALF VEG STOCK CUBE
PEPPER
RED PESTO ADD AS MUCH AS YOU WANT
PUT IN SOUP MAKER ON SMOOTH
YUMMY

This sounds delicious.
I have been pondering for a while about getting a soup maker, and if it was any advantage over my saucepan and hand blender method.
But having read many good things about them, decided to use my Christmas gift vouchers to treat myself to one. It should be delivered tomorrow.

It is a brilliant machine I used a small jar of the pesto it was so tasty now have different flavours of pesto in my cupboard to add a lovely taste without adding salt to main recipe
