Just wondering if I may be going daft, DSN spoke to me on the phone and because my GL was still very high in the teens and twenty's, she asked me to increase my insulin by 4units at mealtimes and again at bedtime, when I started this I felt hot sweaty and unwell, could this because my anxiety is getting the better of me, after I had a kip I was feeling a tad better or because my GL was high it was a Hiper rather than a hypo, after suffered hypos really nasty ones I can't help feeling is it going to happen again, just can't win at the moment, stress with hubby in hospital still, and my small op due soon all mounts up, sorry going into a full scale rant

Sorry to hear this @Viviennes

The best way to see if it might be related to your BG would be to do a quick BG check when you next feel like this. You have a lot on your plate at the moment - hopefully you can use the support of your DSN to help to get your BGs a bit more in range and less erratic which might help your state of mind and make it a bit easier to cope.

Take care.
