Hi all. I am worried because I have a sore left foot (between my toes and ball of my foot) which feels like it is burning when I stand/walk on it for any length of time. This eases off when I sit down (which isn't often I might add!). I have had it on and off for a couple of weeks and it is making me not want to go to the gym (it's even an effort to walk the dogs). Do you think this is something I should be worried about? Katiex

Yup feet are always something to worry about with regards to diabetes same with eyes, So I would get yourself an appointment with the doctor, thats how my neuropathy started(not that Im saying you have that) but I let all the little twinges and sensations go and then regretted it,Especially as you mention the burning feeling thats how i was to

I agree Katie. It might be something and nothing, but my podiatrist told me to always get in touch if I thought something might be wrong. If you don't have a podiatrist your doctor might be able to refer you, or might be able to sort it themselves. Where I live there is a podiatry entre where you can self-refer, you just call them and ask to be put on their books.

Thanks for the advice. Will phone docs in morning for an appt. Katiex
