Just been for my anual D. checkup. Had bloods take 2 weeks ago, unfortunatly the lab had lost some of them ie: Hba1c and full blood count😡 On th good side they were able to take new samples today.🙂 My cholesterol levels were total 4.4🙂 LDL 2.8 HDL 1.2 BMI down to 26.47 and weigt down to 76.5 Kg.🙂 Overall every thing is OK and just got to wait for the Hba1c to come back now and then go back for my Asthma check up.
At last something to smile about.

Well done Mal, fingers crossed the HbA1c result is good too.

then go back for my Asthma check up.
