In an interview about his farm shop not being allowed to sell books (would they be the ones full of his ramblings?) Jeremy Clarkson said he is having a weekly injection of a drug to ward off Type II diabetes that is also used to treat it.

So what is this drug? Or is it just bolloux and he is taking it for Type II?

He‘s apparently self funding Ozempic which is only available on the NHS for type 2 diabetes not weight loss.
