Oh my gosh I'm soooooooooooo hungry!!!! it's driving me up the wall......I never get this hungry but I could eat a whole cow!!!
I have had my evening meal but i could eat 3 times what I just ate 😱

Have you got any carb free snacks to nibble on? I do find evenings are the worst time for me for reaching for the choccie etc.! The only thing that stops me is to get engrossed in something, e.g.sorting out photos, then I don't think about food 🙂

I've been a bit like that today. This morning I made a large crustless quiche and I've been munching that on and off. Keeps the pangs at bay for longer than the family size bag of crisps that I REALLY want. Fortunately I went shopping after breakfast, so I managed to avoid the naughty aisles that the trolley strays to when my tummy is rumbling!

To be honest the only thing we have is bloody chocolate that the misses buys for her self and the kids 🙄
I never get these hunger moments normally but I think where my levels are coming down I almost feel I need to eat!! but sooooo hard to resist...how about crakers with a tad of marge?

Oh that's sounds lush!!! I could eat that now leelee :D
All of a sudden my jelly babies look like they need some eating!! 😛

I popped into the butcher's on my way home yesterday. They were selling trays of eggs, but had an odd 8 due to a few breakages. I got them for 50p and made the quiche to make room in the fridge door. 🙂

Nuts, sugar free jelly or cheese are what I turn to 🙂

OOOooo I love nuts....will have to put that on my list tomorrow....I always thought nuts and cheese were not good....see you learn something new everyday 🙂

I usually opt for nuts too - or even better, dark chocolate with hazelnuts in, yum! 🙂

Nice and cheap!🙂 I hate are butcher he makes his own pork scratching ....and there in HUGE bags!!! I just want them but I just look and drool! 🙄

Nuts and cheese, YUM. Good for snacking on without impacting on BG, but unfortunately they're not that good for the waistline unless eaten in quantities that are too small for MY munchies! 🙂

The problem with nuts and cheese is that they have got a lot of calories in them - so if you are trying to loose weight it's not helpful.

Nuts have a lot of minerals and oils that are actually very good for you so if the calories don't present an issue - go for it. Cheese has got a lot of saturated fats (being a dairy product) and often quite a bit of salt but then you do get some calcium that way and I think there was a few other minerals cheese was good for (but can't remember).

Weight is not a problem....so im thinking tomorrow shopping list crackers and fiery chilli cheese......im drooling :D

The scratchings wouldn't have much of an effect on BG either - but full of sat fat and salt so a whole large bag to yourself would be a bad idea!

Probably not a good idea to discover Tyrells "Aristo-Crackling" then, especially not the Mustard flavour!

Your temping me, love proper scratching's and a bag would not last long, though the waist line would be in for a bashing.

This thread is a very bad influence! :D

I am this close to raiding the kitchen....

Got the munchies feeling now :D, its one thing I have noticed as well on some days want more food even just after eating.

I can also have the opposite where I thinking do I want to eat what I have just made and have to raid the cupboards to find some thing else.
