At risk of diabetes
Hi
Anyone recommend wrapped snacks that I can buy to take out and about with me. I can manage at home but would like quick take out things to eat when I feel hungry but not time for a meal yet.
Thanks

How about something like Peperami, they come in sealed packs and are very low carb.

Fridge raiders? Small bag of nuts?

Nature Valley or shop own protein nut bars less than 10g carb per bar.
babybel cheese

I often treat myself to a pot of olives with feta.... I appreciate olives are an acquired taste though and not everyone would see them as a treat or snack.
I also love pork scratchings as a savoury snack. Protein and fat but with no carbs and a very satisfying crunch providing your teeth are up to the challenge.

I like raisins, and all of the above.

Little fruit bags too like chopped apple or carrots and hummus
