i have a strange yeast type smell from my foot , anyone .? possible big toe nail , i have a fungus varnish for it , due at foot guy in march .

It could be thrush. Lots of people with diabetes get thrush in various places, especially like in between toes. Or it could be athletes foot. If it were me I would get a pharmacist to have a look sooner rather than later. Meantime be sure to dry in between your toes thoroughly after bathing.

Try your pharmacy before then.
Could be bacterial or fungal, so I'd try a anti bacterial spray in your shoes, wash your feet regularly, and use an athletes foot cream after.
Boots do a combined anti-fungal and anti-bacterial cream.

Maybe try salty footbaths - if it is yeast it will be inhibited by the salt - anyone who makes bread will know how salt can disrupt the proving process.
