Started testing twice a day from 20th Jan, and doing weekly averages of fasting and 2 hrs after main meal figures. After the first week my average was 8.8 mmol, and this week (week 8), it is 6.6 mmol. There have been a few ups and downs over the two months, but the general trend is down (slowly but surely). I have also lost a stone, presently hovering around 15 stone for the last three weeks, but will hopefully get more off when the weather improves, and I can get some walking done. I see the diabetic nurse (who is a great help, unlike some it would appear), on 8th May, and will hopefully have some good figures to show her.

Good results! Keep up the good work!
