Hello, i think i have just taken two sitigliptin tablets by mistake, i thought i had not taken one and took another, i think from the count of tablets i have left i have taken two. Will it be ok. Because the leaflet says never take two. Thanks.

What does the leaflet say? There's usually an instruction for when you take too much. You won't be the first!

From the Leaflet:

If you take more than the prescribed dose contact your Doctor immediately.

Here's what the Januvia website says:

During controlled clinical trials in healthy subjects, single doses of up to 800 mg JANUVIA were administered. Maximal mean increases in QTc of 8.0 msec were observed in one study at a dose of 800 mg JANUVIA, a mean effect that is not considered clinically important [see CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY]. There is no experience with doses above 800 mg in clinical studies. In Phase I multiple-dose studies, there were no dose-related clinical adverse reactions observed with JANUVIA with doses of up to 600 mg per day for periods of up to 10 days and 400 mg per day for up to 28 days.

And do keep testing, just in case - as I should imagine you could go hypo?
