just a quick question - although it may be nothing!!!

Mason has started getting sores on his face, which he has never had before. they are not spots, more like little sores and just suddenly appear. can this have anything to do with the insulin?? silly question i know but cant think of any other reason why he would suddenly be getting these.

many thanks

Sorry to hear that Mason is getting sores. I personally have never had such a reaction - and I can't remember reading anything like it on a Patient Information Leaflet. I would say though that if you are worried and this is happening a lot then take Mason to see the GP. If its nothing they will put your mind at ease and if it is something the sooner its dealt with the better.

I once got 'hives' (itchy, raised lumps) for no apparent reason, although it may have been related to stress and insomnia, but better to check with the doctor. Hope it is something simple and clears up soon 🙂

No such thing as a silly question ... only silly answers, to which this is one and I can't help at all, other than to say there's no such thing as a silly question ...😉
