Last night I took my insulin and for the first time I didt feel the needle go in at all, just the normal slight pressure you feel when its in. So pushed the pen in and felt a weird wet sensation on tummy. I looked down to see all the insulin running out and to see that I had forgotten to take the inner gray cover of the needle off Whoops guess who feels a wee bit stupid😱

Hehe! :D I have, on more than one occasion, dialled up one too many units of novorapid so rather than having to eat more to match the extra dose I've had to squirt it all away! 🙄

And when you inject Novorapid instead of Lantus/Levemir ......or vice versa ... tra la la .....

Ever tasted it? - right weird taste!

+1

Every1 who has smelt it doesn't like it. Either that or it reminds them "of the hospital"

The smell definately reminds me of hospital from my nursing days! We all used to think the smell was disinfectant now i know the smell on the medical ward was insulin :D didnt realise at the time it had a smell

ps I actually like the smell :D
