Significant eye appointment tomorrow.

I've been told that tomorrow afternoon they will either laser the eye or refer me for surgery to Oxford eye hospital. I don't know if they will be able to fix the damage this major bleed has caused or just try to stop it from getting worse. My vision has 2-3 thick black threads threads that can be rather disconcerting.
Still not sure why this wasn't picked up at the retinal appointment that I had six days before the major bleed but I received the letter today about that appointment and it said my next follow up would be in three months....

I can’t have the cataract surgery I desperately need due to a whole host of factors I won’t go into at present.

I’ve got a hearing test tomorrow (the day before my mum’s funeral) followed by a ENT appt later in the week to see if there’s leukaemic infiltration into my auditory structures.

Nobody said life was easy but maybe it shouldn’t be this hard! 🙄

I am so sorry. I started typing a reply to you yesterday and then my Ipad went flat before we went out. I am so really sorry to hear that you can't have the cataract surgery. That is so unfair.
