i understand what ketones are and how they work. all i was saying is that even if she is hungry and has no ketones in her urine not to worry cos i have the same problems.

Hi, Ive noticed im starting to get red blotches at injection sites, but not all of them. I only appear to get them in my left thigh and abdomen, not in my buttocks or right thigh.

Has anyone had this problem and is it a sign of being allergic to Insulin?

yea my skin is drier than it used to be, that doesnt bother me so much as I moisturise twice a day. However my skin gets easily irritated and im always scratching somewhere and causing red lumps, which disappear again after a few minutes.? My hair is a lot drier too and i use intensive conditioner. The thing i hate though is how dehdrated my face always is 😡 and im always putting masks on and creams etc, bit annoying as work in beauty industry and must look like a shrivelled prune most days, lol
