Here it is, they take between 12 -15 minutes in the oven, and are very fragile when they come out but they firm up as they cool down. View attachment 28091View attachment 28092
There was a question ages ago and I looked on the internet for monk fruit sweetener and it seemed that most of it is a combination of monk fruit and erythritol, otherwise it is megabucks.
The trouble I am having with Erythritol is tgere is an after taste. Just recently anything with a sweetener in it tastes dreadful.
However i had a naughty bite of a cake and tgst was too sweet.
My taste buds have changed.
Must admit, I really don't like the aftertaste of most sweeteners and I have cupboards full of pretty much every different one you can buy, I have at least 10 and Erythritol and Stevia are amongst the ones I really dislike.
What I don't understand is that the sweetener in diet drinks doesn't seem to have that horrid aftertaste, so I am fine drinking a diet cola although I dilute it at least half and half with water these days.
