Short but sweet catch up

So was meant to see the consultant at 13:50 but they were running half an hour late, he was happy enough with how I was doing so saw him at most for 5 minutes again, Hba1c sitting at 40, was 41 in January, blood pressure on the low side at 90 something over 60 something was 100/70 something last time I think, but one thing we are quite pleased about is that for the first time in 1 year and 4 months since I started attending the diabetes outpatient clinic I haven't lost any weight! :D I'm still 42.5kg so although I've not put any on its great to know I've not lost anything either 🙂 xx
