Has anyone ever taken shilajit..Was reading about it earlier and wondered if others find it interesting as it says its good for blood levels...
 
From what I gather it's one of those things that seems to be a wonder-cure all depending on what you read. Since there have been no clinical tests on humans, I would prefer to save my money and concentrate on things that I know will help my levels. There are similar claims for a number of things - cinnamon, cumin, bitter gourd etc. - I take them all with a pinch of salt (so to speak!) 🙂
