So pleased you are getting control of the biscuit craving. The less carbs you eat, the less you want. I can't believe that I can pass on chocolates when they are being passed around under my nose without even having a wobble and I was a total chocoholic pre diagnosis!

Do be careful with the porridge as it is very carby and really spikes some people's blood glucose (me sadly being one of them) so best to keep the portion size limited and test to see how it affects you. It will keep me high for 8 hours.

Wonderful that the combination of changes to diet and increased exercise are doing it for you. So much better than taking extra tablets, which usually have some side effects to e greater or lesser extent.
