Hiya everyone,
sorry I have not been on much lately been trying to sort my head out and sort a plan of action for my life.

I went to see my diabetic nurse today which was great she tells me I am doing well but I need to test more so we can see what is going on all day regards to my blood sugars lots of positive feedback today off her which has really boosted my mood so I am happy now.

I just want to thank all you lovely people for all your advice and support it just what I needed because for a long time I felt like I was alone with my diabetes and think I was in denial for such a long time hoping my diabetes would disappear I feel so much better finally realising that its not going anywhere I am the one in charge not the diabetes some things you have to try work out yourself but with support you can get through it.
