I don't believe so. The retinopathy screening is a national service and your GP ought to have notified them (so you should be invited in due course). The foot check (and blood tests, BP checks) are things your GP surgery should do, so should happen when they do a review (typically once or twice a year, though some checks might be just annual).Do I need to ask for these?
