I don't think seeds as such lower blood glucose but they are good low carb additions to yoghurt, salads, etc.Hey everyone, which seeds are best for lowering blood glucose? I have been told pumpkin seeds are.
It could be just a bit of a reaction to reduced blood glucose by carb reduction, the body has to get used to lower levels. Otherwise could you be getting a cold, flu or similar.I have been doing so well but I had a real wobble today.
I was exhausted, head was spinning, had pains in both arms and a pain in the stomach. Any suggestions?
Thanks, much appreciated. It's a minefield. I'm lucky though, I have a great support group, my son in law is a GP (The entire NHS staff are amazing) a very good friend who gives me great support and now Diabetes.org.uk which is excellent.
