Hi
I've just bought some Sea Bass in Icelands, I eat it out but never cook it at home.
Would anyone have a favourite recipe for me to try and copy?

I sometimes marinade in ginger, lime and then pan fry very quickly in the wok. Also just cooked in a pan with garlic in it . I serve with nice veggies such as broccoli, spinnach etc My brother does his in the oven in a foil parcel and puts lemon or lime juice over it and adds in any herbs he wants the flavour of and maybe even garlic.

You don’t need to do anything fancy with them if you’d prefer. I use Iceland’s seabass all the time and it’s great just pan fried in a little oil and butter. I tend to defrost them, dry them and sprinkle the skin with salt then fry in a very hot pan so the skin crisps. I turn them over and add a bit of salt and black pepper. They’re lovely 🙂

I like crispy skin too

Grilled with a couple of teaspoons of red pepper pesto spread on top and a few sliced olives and capers - can stir some chopped nuts into the pesto if you like.
