At risk of diabetes
Hi just joining as I've been told I'm in the 'grey area' for becoming diabetic. Blood count 45 (3 short of being diabetic apparently, at 48).

Bit of a shock as I eat well and exercise, and have low blood pressure!

Look forward to reading the forum.

Cheers
Jamboree

Welcome Jamboree, lots of useful help and advice here. Ask anything you want we are all happy to help. Sounds like you lead a fairly healthy life already so maybe just a adjustment in your diet will crack it. Low carbs is the way to go eg bread, pasta, rice and potatoes in particular, have a look through the posts and you will pick up lots of useful info.
