Type 2
Hi
I’m Christine, I’m in my 60s retired but very busy. I have had type 2 for about 5 years and at the moment I control it with diet and exercise. Another fact about me is I have a stammer, it can be quite severe sometimes but I don’t let it stop me. I volunteer for the British Stammering Association and have recently been elected as one of their trustees.
I look forward to reading posts and sharing experiences

Good for you Christine!

See the positive side to our adversities.

Hi Christine, welcome to the forum 🙂 A close friend of mine at University had quite a bad stammer and ended up training as a speech therapist, helping others (a good few years ago - he's probably retired now!).
