Hi Lee, welcome to the forum 🙂 Have you been diagnosed long? How have things been for you? Let us know if you have any questions 🙂

Hi Welcome.

Thanks for the welcome, I've been diagnosed for about 2 years. I was diet-controlled (ish) but now I'm on Metformin 500mg twice a day.

How are you doing on Metformin, it can cause um err digestive troubles in some people, often these are temporary

Hi Lucy, Steff and Lin.

Lin, I've been on Metformin only for about a month but, so far so good.

I used to cycle about 4 miles a day but after falling off of it and breaking my shoulder and thumb (at 49 I don't bounce as well as I used to) . I've been itching to get back on it properly. My long term aim is to reverse my diabetes completely.

Hello from a fellow T2 who's two years in.
